Why technical performance isn't enough
An AUROC on a clean, offline dataset says nothing about whether an answer is medically sound for the patient in front of a clinician, whether a dataset is a defensible ground truth, or whether a workflow survives the realities of care. The evidentiary bar is rising — and self-validation increasingly reads as a conflict of interest.
What Curota Health provides
An independent clinical intelligence layer that turns clinical expertise into structured, auditable, scalable evidence — helping organizations validate technology, strengthen decision quality, and operate safely in increasingly regulated healthcare environments. We support regulatory evidence development; we are not a regulatory authority.
